From Bastrop, Texas, Dani excelled as an athlete in high school and college. Her athletic career includes collegiate soccer, the Olympic Development Program, the Women’s State Soccer team, and Austin United. In 2015 Dani was ranked in the top 3% of CrossFit athletes nationwide. She is not only a high performance athlete, she is a mother, an animal lover and an entrepreneur.  Dani is loves helping Max 3 athletes take their training to the next level.

Noah, Coach/Owner

Noah is an Air Force veteran and has been active his whole life. He tried functional fitness for the first time nine years ago, and has been hooked ever since. Noah really enjoys the mental and physical challenges CrossFit provides. He also has a bachelor degree in Holistic Nutrition. His favorite part of coaching is seeing athletes accomplish goals they never thought possible. He encourages everybody to try functional fitness because it's not just a great workout, it's also a community.

Ashley is a former elementary school principal with a love for fitness and helping others. She has been very involved in the functional fitness community for the past 5 years.

Husband, Father,Pappy and Veteran. Coach Tony started Crossfit in 2014 to lost weight. He has been coaching for 3 years. Coach Tony loves the community at Max3 and the idea of functional fitness.

Coach Kyle was a high school athlete and always up for a challenge. That same adventurous spirit and competitive nature led Kyle to a career as a Medic for Austin Travis County-EMS. He has been doing CrossFit for a year and a half and is an aspiring Games Athlete!

Zsofi (Coach Z) was a member of the Hungarian National Rowing Team for 7 years before relocating to the US on an athletic scholarship. She discovered high intensity training while coaching Clemson's rowing team and it stuck with her! She loves the competitiveness of the sport and strives to help all members get fit, faster and stronger, while having fun too! Don't be intimidated by her accent, she's just there to coach and encourage you!
